Job Description:

Join this challenging ICU contract where you'll be immersed in caring for critically ill patients requiring ventilator support, trach management, and continuous renal replacement therapies. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing advanced care for a variety of complex conditions such as post-cardiac procedures, sepsis, ECMO, and PEs. You'll experience a fast-paced environment, closely collaborating with a dedicated team of ICU providers, including intensivists and experienced support staff, while utilizing advanced equipment like CRRT machines and balloon pumps. This assignment is perfect for an experienced ICU nurse ready to apply their skills in a setting that rewards expertise and resilience.
