Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a step-down registered nurse on a night shift—where your expertise in managing ventilators, titrating pressors, and administering insulin drips will be vital. This role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced acute care setting, providing critical support on a step-down unit with a 1:4 patient ratio. Experience with trach vents, arterial lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes is required, and you'll be bringing your skills to a unit that values bedside proficiency. The contract spans 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week, and involves rotating weekend shifts. If you're comfortable floating within scope to lower-acuity floors, this assignment is a great fit. Certifications in ACLS, BCLS, and NIH are necessary, and recent bedside experience (within the last six months) is essential. First-timers are welcome to apply and bring fresh energy to the team.
