Job Description:

Join a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, where you'll have the opportunity to work across various specialized units including NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and medical-surgical areas. This role involves floating between departments to meet fluctuating patient needs, providing essential support to a fast-paced environment. Expect to work night shifts of 12 hours, with assignments tailored based on the facility's float expectations.
