Job Description:

Join us for a travel healthcare contract where you'll rotate through various departments and local locations within 20 miles, providing essential patient care across different settings. This role requires adaptability and hands-on involvement in the daily well-being of patients, including assessing, planning, and documenting care needs and responses. You'll collaborate closely with the healthcare team and patient families to ensure smooth and effective care transitions. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, supervising LPNs and support staff, and meeting education and discharge needs are key parts of this position. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to experience diverse clinical environments while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
