Job Description:

Join the emergency department team at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Macon, Georgia, for an engaging 13-week travel assignment. As an experienced ER RN, you’ll handle cases involving chest pain, strokes, MVCs, mental health crises, and more, working alongside a dedicated staff including CNAs, technicians, and support personnel. You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse patient population with an RN-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:4, administering IV drips like Heparin and Dopamine, and utilizing advanced telemetry and emergency equipment. This role offers a chance to refine your trauma nursing skills in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a supportive team culture. Expect 12-hour day shifts, rotating weekends, and participation in holiday coverage. The hospital provides all necessary technology and supplies, and orientation includes both facility overview and departmental training.
