Job Description:

Join a stepdown cardiac neuro unit at Deaconess Midtown for a 13-week night shift assignment. This role offers the chance to work with post-procedure cardiac patients, including those who have undergone cath procedures, stenting, or interventions, along with neuro cases like CVAs and seizures. The nights are busy but rewarding, with a focus on critical assessment, titration of IV drips, and neuro evaluations. You'll float first within the skillset across nearby campuses, gaining a well-rounded experience in a reputable hospital that values its staff and maintains low turnover. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with guaranteed hours, and be prepared for occasional weekend work and holiday coverage. This assignment is perfect for experienced stepdown RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy a mix of cardiac and neuro work—bringing your expertise to life in a vibrant, collaborative setting.
