Job Description:

Join a dedicated ICU nursing team for an engaging contract working across multiple locations in the San Diego area. You'll be floating between Thornton, Jacobs, Hillcrest, and East Campus, providing critical support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing complex cardiac, neuro, and surgical conditions, including chest tubes, PICC lines, and ventilators. You'll be the go-to expert for emergency and inpatient overflow units, with opportunities to apply your skills in various specialty settings. Expect night shifts that challenge and refine your critical thinking, all while enjoying the diversity of the hospital's diverse patient population.
