Job Description:

Join our team for a rewarding critical care nursing contract at our facility in Prescott, Arizona. This role involves providing specialized care in a busy ICU setting, working 12-hour night shifts. As part of your routine, you'll manage patients with complex conditions such as COVID-19, post-surgical cases, and cardiac patients, including those with devices like Impella and VADs. You'll interpret ABGs, titrate critical drips, and assist with ventilator management, including troubleshooting and weaning. The focus is on maintaining high acuity patients with a blend of technical skills and quick decision-making. This assignment offers a chance to work across different ICU areas, enhance your critical care expertise, and experience a shift structure that keeps your nights covered while enjoying quieter days off. The environment encourages independent practice with support from in-house intensivists and NP coverage, making it an ideal role for experienced RNs eager to handle advanced procedures and complex patient needs in a fast-paced setting.
