Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical-surgical team on a 13-bed unit specializing in med-surg care. As an RN in this 4 North unit, you'll work the night shift from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., providing essential patient support along with the team, with a patient ratio of 1:5. This assignment offers a hands-on experience in a busy, supportive environment where your skills directly impact patient recovery during overnight hours. Expect to coordinate care, monitor patient conditions, and assist with procedures, all while enjoying the unique rhythm of nighttime shifts in a facility committed to comprehensive patient well-being.
