Job Description:

Join a healthcare team in Everett, Washington, as a registered nurse or MSW case manager on a 13-week contract. This role involves working five days a week, eight hours each day, primarily during daytime hours from 07:30 to 16:00. You will be responsible for discharge planning and care coordination across various hospital units, including the Level II Trauma Center facilities on both campuses less than two miles apart. Float between units such as Medical Surgical, LLOS, and Emergency Department as needed, providing essential support to ensure smooth patient transitions. This assignment offers a chance to apply your diverse case management experience in a fast-paced hospital environment while enjoying a balanced schedule and predictable hours.
