Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role places you in a busy, fast-paced hospital environment where you'll work in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You'll be responsible for managing neonatal ventilators, including oscillating vents and high-frequency jet vents, providing critical support for our tiniest patients. Expect to handle complex respiratory equipment, work closely with neonatal teams, and possibly orient new staff or students. The shift involves four 12-hour nights per week, allowing you to experience the rhythm of overnight hospital life while contributing meaningfully to patient care. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to fine-tune your neonatal respiratory skills in a highly specialized setting, all while enjoying the camaraderie of a dedicated healthcare team.
