Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 12-hour day shift assignment at the Corpus Christi Medical Center. You will be primarily responsible for caring for 4-6 patients with med/surg ortho needs, utilizing your experience in acute care settings. Your day will involve IV insertions, urinary catheter maintenance, medication administration, and documentation in the Meditech electronic health record system. This role offers a chance to work in a friendly, team-oriented environment on a unit with 22 beds and a maximum patient ratio of 6:1. A focus on patient-centered care and collaboration with a diverse team of nurses, PCA staff, and other healthcare professionals make this assignment both rewarding and engaging.
