Job Description:

Join a fast-paced ICU assignment where you'll be on the frontlines of adult and pediatric critical care, managing complex cases such as respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and post-surgical neuro interventions. This role involves overseeing titratable drips like vasopressors and sedatives, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with attending physicians and resident teams. The environment offers a dynamic mix of technical skills and clinical judgment, with opportunities to work with advanced equipment like ventilators and ICP monitors. The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker, ready to ask questions and support a collaborative team in delivering high-quality patient care in a tertiary hospital setting. Experience with neuro surgery patients and rapid response protocols is a plus but not required—training is provided. Expect to work 12-hour days, with a schedule designed to foster teamwork and adaptability while maintaining vital work-life balance.
