Job Description:

Join this 13-week travel assignment in Boston, MA, where you'll bring your expertise to a high-capacity operating room environment. This role features a rotated shift schedule, including 4x10 day and evening shifts, with some weekends on 12-hour shifts. The schedule is designed to give variety, with evenings (1p-11p) and days (7a-5:30p or 9a-7:30p) on rotation. During weekends, you'll work scheduled 12-hour shifts, with additional shorter shifts to meet contracted hours. Experience in fast-paced, high-capacity OR settings is essential as you support complex procedures and operate efficiently under pressure. This assignment offers the chance to work in a vibrant city while experiencing diverse surgical cases and dynamic scheduling.
