Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Technologist on a 13-week contract in Mauston, Wisconsin, working 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am. This role offers the chance to perform a variety of complex laboratory tests across sections such as Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, Blood Gas/Point of Care, Chemistry, and Blood Bank. You'll be essential in running validations, maintaining analyzers, reviewing proficiency tests, and ensuring the accuracy of test results. The position involves a mix of hands-on testing, equipment troubleshooting, and training fellow staff members, all while contributing to high-quality laboratory diagnostics in a collaborative setting.
