Job Description:

Join us as a registered nurse in Urbana, where you'll spend your days providing essential care across multiple inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, and ICU. You'll be responsible for assessing patients upon admission, developing and modifying care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. This role involves floating to various units, offering the chance to experience different clinical environments, all while utilizing your expertise to support patient recovery. The position also features opportunities for precepting new staff and contributing to a cohesive team environment—think of it as a healthcare adventure with lots of learning and teamwork wrapped into one fulfilling contract.
