Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Medical Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurse in Decatur, Illinois, where you'll be integral in caring for patients recovering from neurological surgeries or managing neurological conditions. This role involves working night shifts in a 372-bed Level II Trauma Center, performing telemetry monitoring, assisting with gastrointestinal care such as colostomy and feeding tube management, and executing IV therapies including PICC line care and medication administration like Heparin and Insulin. You’ll also handle respiratory support, including chest tubes and tracheostomy management, all within a fast-paced hospital setting that values precision and teamwork.
