Job Description:

Join a busy operating room team in Tracy, where you will be responsible for providing specialized perioperative nursing care as an Operating Room Registered Nurse. This contract role involves circulating in a variety of surgical procedures including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Spine, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN (C-sections), and Plastic Surgery. You'll be on a rotating 10-hour shift schedule, with overnight coverage required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays—meaning you'll experience the unique rhythm of surgical emergencies and scheduled surgeries around the clock. This assignment is ideal for a seasoned OR nurse with recent experience in community hospitals or Trauma Level 2 facilities, bringing expertise in conscious sedation and an ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment.
