Job Description:
Join a specialized ICU float team where you'll navigate high-acuity patient environments, including the PCU and ICU units. This role calls for a vigilant RN with at least two years of recent ICU experience and a solid background in Level 1 trauma. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, floating between ICU and other PCU units as needed—no quiet moments here, only rapid decision-making and critical thinking in fast-paced situations. ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required to keep you prepared for anything that comes your way. This assignment offers a chance to hone your skills in diverse units, all within a supportive team that values flexibility and expertise.
