Job Description:

Join a high-pressure Labor and Delivery unit in bustling Seattle, where you'll step into the role of a Registered Nurse specializing in high-risk obstetrics. This contract offers the opportunity to manage complex cases during fast-paced night shifts, working closely with a team that supports both mother and newborn care. You'll be performing circulating duties, including newborn assessments, eye care, thigh checks, and administering medications like Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate. Expect to handle a patient census of around 15 per day, with a volume of 500-600 deliveries each month. This position is perfect for experienced nurses who thrive in high acuity environments and enjoy the dynamic rhythm of childbirth and neonatal care.
