Job Description:

As a Radiologic Technologist on this assignment, you'll be the key player in capturing high-quality diagnostic images using a variety of imaging equipment. Your day-to-day will involve positioning patients properly for X-rays, reviewing imaging orders for accuracy, administering contrast materials when needed, and ensuring images are correctly transferred to PACS for radiologist review. This role offers a mix of technical precision and patient interaction, with a focus on maintaining equipment and workplace safety. You'll also have opportunities to guide and instruct new staff or students, making this a chance to share your expertise in a supportive environment. The setting is busy yet rewarding, with a typical schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
