Job Description:

Join our emergency department team in Utica for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. This role requires experienced Emergency Department nurses with at least two years of acute care and some pediatric experience. You'll be handling diverse cases such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure, in a busy unit with a mix of adult and pediatric patients. Expect to use specialty equipment like Rapid Infusors and Arctic Sun devices. Additionally, floating to different areas within the ED will be part of the job, and you’ll be scrubbing in navy blue. This assignment offers a chance to experience a fast-paced environment while providing crucial care across all age groups in a 64-bed unit.
