Job Description:

This position involves performing advanced echocardiogram procedures, including 2-dimensional, color Doppler, and Doppler imaging of the heart. You will conduct stress and dobutamine echocardiograms, requiring a keen understanding of test interpretation and analysis. Proficiency in non-imaging continuous Doppler is essential for diagnosing complex cardiac abnormalities. Your work will include reviewing clinical histories, explaining procedures to patients, and ensuring accurate record-keeping with portable and stationary ultrasound equipment. The role demands mastery of all echocardiographic phases to identify wall motion abnormalities, valvular lesions, and congenital anomalies, while providing preliminary reports to physicians. You'll work closely with technical devices to produce reliable results and maintain a clean, organized workspace. This contract offers a chance to hone your skills in a challenging but rewarding setting, with ample opportunity to impact patient care through precise imaging and analysis.
