Job Description:

Our Maternal Fetal Medicine department seeks an experienced Sonographer to join a high-risk pregnancy monitoring team in Tacoma. This role involves performing advanced obstetric ultrasounds, including detailed anatomy scans, BPPs, growth assessments, Doppler studies, and twin evaluations. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with six GE and Phillips ultrasound machines across multiple sites, primarily while covering the Tacoma location. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives under pressure and collaborates seamlessly with a team. Expect to scan an average of 8-10 studies per day, primarily focusing on pregnant women, without the need to perform IVs or handle pediatric cases.

This 13-week assignment involves working 8-hour days, either 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The weekly schedule totals 40 hours, with no weekend, holiday, or call requirements. Gross weekly pay is approximately $2,490.64. The site uses ViewPoint for EMR/PACS integration, and scrubs are not provided, so dress casually in comfortable attire of your choice.
