Job Description:

Join us as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Shreveport, Louisiana. During this assignment, you'll be responsible for providing specialized critical care in a fast-paced neuro intensive care setting. The shift runs from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a 36-hour workweek, giving you nights off to explore the area or relax. This role offers the chance to work with a dedicated team managing around 10 patients, often in a unit where precision and attention to detail are vital. You'll also be prepared to participate in emergency response teams if needed, supporting your colleagues during critical moments. The environment is busy but rewarding, with opportunities to utilize your ACLS, BLS, and CPI certifications, and demonstrate your expertise with Epic systems. If you're comfortable with spinning up for emergency events and enjoy a challenging ICU atmosphere, this assignment may be the perfect fit.
