Job Description:

This contract position is ideal for LVNs and LPNs with recent experience in medical surgical settings, particularly those certified in IV therapy. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a busy hospital, providing vital support in a Level I Trauma Center known for its short-term acute care. You will be part of a team with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio, collaborating closely with charge nurses, PCCs, and RNs to ensure efficient patient flow. The assignment offers a chance to gain exposure to advanced trauma cases and large hospital operations. It’s perfect for those looking to deepen their surgical floor expertise in a fast-paced environment that values accuracy and teamwork. Please note, first-timers require three or more years of recent relevant experience, and local candidates within 100 miles are not accepted for this position.
