Job Description:

Join our team as a med surg RN in Germantown, Tennessee, working on an overflow unit that handles post-surgical and observation cases. This role offers 12-hour day shifts, perfect for those who enjoy a steady, predictable schedule. You'll be part of a transitioning team, collaborating with LPNs to provide effective patient monitoring and care during a busy shift. With at least two years of recent med surg experience, you'll manage a patient load of approximately 6 to 7 patients, ensuring safety and comfort. This assignment is unique because you'll experience a lively hospital environment away from long-term care settings, giving you the chance to refine your acute care skills in a supportive, fast-paced setting.
