Job Description:

Join a well-established Surgical Medical Care Center in Evansville, Indiana, for a 13-week travel contract as an MS RN working the night shift. This role involves providing specialized care to post-surgical patients recovering from procedures such as Whipples, vascular surgeries, and pre/post heart caths. You will be responsible for managing complex assessments, performing diverse skills like PIV insertions, chest tube management, and wound care, all while navigating charting in EPIC. The unique aspect of this assignment is the opportunity to work within a supportive team on a dedicated unit, with occasional cross-campus float requirements to nearby facilities.
