Job Description:

Join a busy surgical suite as an OR Tech for a 12-week contract that offers a chance to sharpen your skills across a variety of surgical specialties. You'll be scrubbed into procedures involving General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular, Gynecological, Urological, and robotic cases, providing an engaging mix of cases that will challenge and develop your expertise. While experience with Endovascular procedures is preferred, it's not a must—your adaptable skills and ability to switch between cases will make you a valuable team member in this high-functioning OR. Expect to work rotating 3x12-hour shifts during the day, with opportunities to float within your specialty as needed, ensuring a dynamic work week that keeps you engaged. The environment encourages collaboration with a 1:1 patient ratio, supporting focused patient care without the direct care responsibilities.
