Job Description:

Join a specialized cath lab team working on complex structural heart procedures in Charlotte. This role requires scrub experience in Structural Heart & TAVR procedures, along with proficiency in balloon angioplasty, PCI, stent placement, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, and heart catheterizations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, hold relevant certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS or ARRT, and be comfortable circulating, monitoring patients, and managing PA lines and telemetry. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to be involved in high-level interventions, often involving intricate cases like combined PCI and structural heart work. The schedule includes 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with weekend and callback call responsibilities, and occasional float coverage to other electrophysiology units. Prepare to immerse yourself in a fast-paced environment where expertise in structural procedures is essential—not just a good addition but a mandated qualification for consideration. As part of this team, you will experience the busy rhythm of a dedicated cath lab focused on advanced cardiovascular treatments, all while working within modern EPIC and MAC Lab systems.
