Job Description:

As a Respiratory Therapist on this contract, you will be responsible for delivering patient care through standard respiratory therapies, ventilator management, blood gas analysis, and diagnostic procedures. You'll work closely with newborns, pediatrics, and adult patients in an environment where your skills in airway management, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and acute care assessments are essential. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to engage in complex neonatal procedures like neonatal resuscitation, high-frequency ventilation, and participating in Code and Rapid Response calls. While the work is demanding, you'll be equipped with advanced equipment such as Philips V60 ventilators, Fisher & Paykel heaters, and I-Stat testing systems, all within a bustling hospital setting.
