Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel assignment in Naples, Florida, as an Operating Room Nurse. This role involves working 10-hour daytime shifts, typically from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the expectation to be on call. You'll be supporting a busy surgical department, performing essential preoperative preparations, assisting during procedures across various specialties like Orthopedics, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology, and ensuring smooth case workflows. You’ll need to coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and team members, demonstrating leadership and quick thinking to adapt across multiple campuses as needed. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise in sterile procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate patient needs in the operating room. Cerner experience is required; CNOR certification is a plus. Your work will be vital in delivering high-quality care while navigating the fast-paced surgical environment.
