Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Winston-Salem, NC. In this role, you'll deliver specialized neuro and stroke care within a 42-bed unit, focusing on patients with conditions like epilepsy, traumatic hematomas, and other neurological diagnoses. Your day will involve managing telemetry, performing IV starts, interpreting dysrhythmias, and responding to neuro-specific needs. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts, with every other weekend required and frequent floating across MS and Tele units, including COVID care areas. This position offers a technical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where your clinical skills in neuro and MedSurg will truly shine.
