Join our team in an adult Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where you will be responsible for monitoring and treating critically ill patients in a high-acuity setting. This 16-bed unit demands nurses with advanced skills in complex patient care and collaborative teamwork. Your role involves floating to different units and hospitals as needed, providing a challenging yet rewarding experience that keeps you engaged and sharp. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule of every other weekend and holidays as required.
