Job Description:

This CT technologist role involves operating computed tomography equipment in a hospital setting, focusing on trauma and stroke cases. You'll be responsible for positioning patients accurately, reviewing physician orders, and sourcing pertinent clinical data to produce high-quality radiographs while minimizing radiation exposure. The shift runs during 12-hour days from Thursday to Saturday, allowing for a focused, three-day workweek. This assignment offers the chance to work closely with physicians during procedures and assist with room preparation, contrast reactions, and emergency codes. The role is perfect for a technologist with at least two years of experience in trauma and stroke imaging, equipped with an associate's degree or equivalent, and current licensure.
