Job Description:

This telemetry nursing role takes place on a 48-bed unit, where you will be responsible for monitoring adult patients with hematologic or oncologic concerns, immunocompromised states, and complex cardiac issues. Your duties will include analyzing cardiac rhythms directly, administering chemotherapy, managing continuous infusion medications, and performing wound care procedures such as dressing changes and drain management. Shifts are 12-hour nights, offering a great opportunity to focus on patient monitoring and interventions in a setting that values skilled telemetry care. You'll be part of a team that emphasizes independent rhythm interpretation and hands-on patient management, making this assignment both challenging and rewarding.
