Job Description:

Step into a critical role as an ER Registered Nurse in a bustling short-term acute care facility. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work night shifts, providing essential care in a Level III Trauma Center with over 700 staffed beds. As part of the team, you'll float between campuses and across all Harnett Health locations, ensuring smooth patient flow and coverage. With a seasoned workload ratio of 1:4, you'll utilize your expertise in emergency situations, managing a variety of cases while adhering to mandated certifications like BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NIH. This role is perfect for nurses with at least three years of ER experience who thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable with occasional callouts and makeup shifts when necessary.
