Job Description:

Join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a rewarding travel contract in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves working with advanced imaging equipment such as Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs, performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures. The schedule is a consistent 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, for 13 weeks. Your responsibilities will include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring protocol accuracy, and maintaining safety standards. The position emphasizes precision and attention to detail, with a touch of the quirky: artificial nails are a no-go to keep things sterile. A BLS certification and a valid driver's license are required, with the latter used for travel distance verification. DOT certification is preferred initially and required upon extension. You'll work within a 50-mile radius, contributing your expertise to a facility that values safety and quality. This is your chance to apply your skills in a supportive environment while exploring the vibrant city of Omaha. Don’t worry if you’re new to specific equipment—they’re happy to train the right candidate!
