Job Description:

Join our MedSurg unit as a travel RN and experience the fast pace of caring for postoperative and general medical patients across three interconnected units. You'll work alongside a dedicated team managing a variety of common diagnoses such as orthopedic surgeries, cellulitis, COPD, CHF, and more. The role involves initial assessments, monitoring patient progress, assisting with wound vacs, managing surgical drains, and supporting patients on BiPAP or peritoneal dialysis. Interchangeable staffing between the units keeps the work varied and engaging. This assignment offers the chance to refine your postoperative recovery skills in a collaborative setting with stable, supportive leadership and flexible floating opportunities to ICU or tele within scope. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of recent post-op recovery experience, enjoy a busy environment, and be comfortable working 12-hour day shifts.
