Job Description:

Join a reputable Labor & Delivery unit in Rapid City, South Dakota, for a 14-week contract that offers a mix of day and night shifts. You'll be working in a facility equipped with 10 L&D beds, 4 OB ED triage beds, and 4 antepartum rooms. As a registered nurse with at least two years of L&D experience—preferably at a level 3 or higher NICU—you'll manage high-acuity patients, including preeclampsia, preterm labor, and complex pregnancies. This role involves caring for both antepartum and postpartum patients, as well as infants in our Level 3 NICU. While taking on deliveries, cervical checks, IV starts, and blood administration, you'll be supported by a skilled team, including anesthesiologists, physicians, and advanced practice providers. The assigned shifts are 12 hours long, with every other weekend off, and occasional holiday coverage.
