Job Description:

Join us for an engaging 13-week contract at UNC Health Pardee in Hendersonville, NC, where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts on a Med/Surg-Oncology unit. This role is perfect for experienced RNs who enjoy the rhythm of night shifts and are comfortable floating between similar units like Orthopedics and PCU based on census. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients, including those with complex conditions such as cancer, pneumonia, and gastrointestinal disorders. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday, with some flexibility needed for float requirements. Prior night shift experience within the last year is necessary, along with an active NC or Compact RN license and BLS certification. Epic experience within the past year is required, and you'll participate in bi-monthly meetings. This assignment offers a vibrant opportunity to immerse yourself in a dedicated team environment while earning a competitive weekly gross pay.
