Job Description:

Join a corrections healthcare team as a Registered Nurse working on a Medical-Surgical telehealth unit within Ohio’s Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. This assignment offers exposure to oncology-related diagnoses and treatments, with the opportunity to rotate between medical-surgical and psychiatric care in a secure correctional environment. You'll primarily work 12-hour night shifts, floating to various units as needed, including patient admissions, oncology workups, and managing a range of complex diagnoses. EPIC charting experience is required, and some shifts may involve working in a locked unit with controlled access, all while ensuring staff safety and delivering essential nursing functions in a unique setting.
