Job Description:

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN First Assist), you will play a vital role supporting surgical teams in a fast-paced OR setting. This contract offers an opportunity to work in a variety of specialties, including Orthopedics, Endoscopy, General Surgery, and ENT cases. Your responsibilities will include assisting during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques, and ensuring patient safety throughout the operation. With a schedule of 8-hour day shifts and a call rotation that includes weekends, this assignment provides a balanced yet dynamic work experience in a supportive environment. You'll be expected to float within your scope of practice when needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
