As an ICU Registered Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of high-acuity patient care, managing respiratory failure cases and working alongside a dedicated team. Your nights will be filled with the challenge of monitoring and supporting diverse patient populations across all ages, in a unit where patient ratios hover around 1:2-3. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills in a vibrant, yet intimate setting, with a focus on acute, life-saving interventions.
