Job Description:

Join a specialized Medical Surgical/Solid Organ Transplant Unit as a registered nurse, where you'll provide expert care to adult pre- and post-transplant patients, including those recovering from liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestinal transplants. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to work in a 36-bed unit that emphasizes progressive care and telemetry, with frequent floating to various hospital units as needed. Prepare to engage in drips, utilize EPIC charting, and collaborate with care techs, transport teams, and Swoop/paramedics in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role requires at least two years of recent experience in a large, urban hospital setting, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. Expect a night shift schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, working weekends and holidays, with the chance to explore a vibrant city during your time off.
