Job Description:

Join a critical care float nursing assignment at a Level I Trauma Center in Colorado Springs. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, floating between Neuro/Trauma ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, and Progressive Care units. You will be part of a dedicated team managing a wide range of complex critical care diagnoses, with patient ratios up to 1:3 in ICU and 1:4 in progressive care. This position offers a unique opportunity to experience diverse ICU settings within a facility that values adaptability and high-level clinical skills. The contract lasts for 13 weeks, providing a focused yet comprehensive exposure to critical care nursing in a vibrant city surrounded by beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities.
