Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse contract offers a special chance to work in a busy Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where you'll manage the care of the most fragile neonates, including those born as early as 22 weeks gestation. Your day will involve critical responsibilities like supporting respiratory and cardiovascular stability, administering medications via advanced systems, and performing specialized procedures such as arterial line management and ventilator adjustments. You'll use the EPIC documentation system to ensure accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team using SBAR methods.
