Job Description:

Join the specialized team caring for the tiniest of patients in a Level III NICU as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN. This role involves hands-on management of neonatal respiratory systems, administering critical medications via advanced systems like Pyxis, and performing essential procedures such as arterial line care and ventilator management. You'll document meticulously via the hospital’s EPIC system and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team using the SBAR method. Lift your rhythm with 12-hour night shifts and enjoy the challenge of supporting neonates from as early as 22 weeks gestation through complex surgical and cardiac interventions.
