Job Description:

Join a comprehensive labor and delivery unit nestled in Southern Idaho, renowned for its friendly team and scenic surroundings. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts in a setting that combines both labor and postpartum care, with the occasional float to support the broader hospital needs. As a traveler here, you'll handle a mix of high-risk and routine deliveries, participate in C-sections in dedicated OR suites, and support triage bays that see 4-5 patients daily. Your responsibilities will include circulating during C-sections, managing both labor and postpartum patients, and assisting with medication titrations such as Pitocin, Mag, and insulin GTTs. The team emphasizes adherence to AWHONN staffing guidelines, and you'll have support from in-house OB, neonatology, anesthesia, and respiratory therapy—including a Level 3 NICU for babies born after 30 weeks. This is a hands-on role perfect for experienced RNs comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while enjoying the natural beauty and outdoor activities the area offers.
