Job Description:

Join a new unit specializing in both Medical/Surgical and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) patients. As a traveler in this role, you'll work with a mix of patient groups, including PCU patients, with staffing ratios around 1:4, and Medical/Surgical patients, at approximately 1:5. Flexibility is key, as you'll also float to Telemetry and Med Surg units, gaining diverse experience across different patient care areas. The shift is 12-hour nights, offering an engaging schedule that balances work and rest. This 13-week assignment provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in a collaborative team environment while expanding your clinical skills in a dynamic setting.
